I noticed times, when I felt unwell, it was not only my physical health, but my emotional wellbeing that was out of balance for some time. Added stress or over working was a pattern that correlated with the physical stress.
What made me think even more, was that I noticed examples of my internal knowledge of all our bodies natural ability to heal itself, renew cells with no commands from anywhere. For example, you go on holidays get a suntan your body loses its tan over a short period of time showing us it's renewal process, ie. renew cells all by its self, it got me thinking why then does some cells in the body decide to stop the renewal process and get dis-eased. That's where the light bulb went off in my head and then at that moment I realised it is our emotions our though process that has so much more to do with body dis-ease its in the name already DIS- - EASE .
Over the years I noticed most doctors didn't want to get to the root cause of the illness, they just mask it with medication. Which as we all know over time you most likely will get side effects just as bad as the issue you went in to start with.
All the research over the last 20 years or so, I would like to share with you in a very simple easy to understand way in upcoming blog posts.
To Feel emotionally well you need to feed the body well.
There is a major link to how we feel and what we feed our body with, the two are linked very closely, so if you need to work on your emotional health you need to feed your body well with good foods and herbs to help you adapt to life's ups and downs.
Small good changes over time, can be big changes to your overall health and wellness
Small and steady has more endurance to make it happen
